Tango

Tango & Musicality in Tango de Salón: lessons focus on creating, interpreting and improvising using selected tangos from D’Arienzo to Di Sarli.
► Listen attentively to the music, interpret it and respond with emotional depth.
► Deepen your connection to the music and your partner. This creates genuine communication through dance.
► Improvise with clarity: learn to act in the moment – not out of habit, but through conscious decision.

Small groups of no more than 10 couples ensure a personal atmosphere with individual feedback.
A balanced mix of leaders and followers fosters a pleasant atmosphere both in lessons and at milongas.
Group allocation is organised by Amanda and Adrian.

Tango lessons

  • 5 x 1.5-hour group lessons
  • 2 supervised practical sessions to consolidate what has been learnt
  • Evening milongas
  • Performance by Amanda & Adrian
  • 110 square metres of dance floor / parquet flooring

This trip can be combined with the ‘Milonga Challenge – get the groove’ programme running from 31 March to 4 April 2027.
The total price will then be reduced by €50 per person.

Please note:
During the tango week, Darja from Slovenia will be showcasing and selling her tango fashion range (women’s wear and trousers for men).

Dancing experience

This course is aimed at experienced dancers who wish to explore the topic of ‘musicality’ in greater depth, driven by curiosity and interest.
You have been dancing regularly for many years and are confident in both the parallel and crossed systems. Turns with a stable axis, pivots and ochos come naturally to you, and moving fluidly and mindfully in the ronda is part of your practice.

With Amanda & Adrian, you will experience tango enjoyment at the highest level: tango is not a figure, tango is a feeling. Simplicity and elegance are at the forefront instead of a multitude of figures.
Their knowledge of orchestras and famous milongueros from Buenos Aires is virtually inexhaustible.
