: Martin & Andrea teach a clear, aesthetic style of tango and enrich the dance with lots of little ‘twists’ that are instantly enjoyable and easy to incorporate.

With plenty of warmth and humour, they create an open atmosphere in which every couple feels seen and supported as individuals.
► A solid foundation & lasting sense
of achievement The carefully structured teaching programme enables participants – whether they have basic knowledge or are more experienced dancers – to gain confidence and go home having made noticeable progress.
There are two course groups with a maximum of 11 couples per group.
Tango lessons
- 5 x 1.5-hour group lessons
- 2 supervised practical sessions to consolidate what has been learnt
- Evening milongas

- 200 square metres of dance floor
Dancing experience
This course is aimed at dancers who want to make their dancing lighter and more fluid.
You dance regularly, know the basics and can link figures together. At milongas, you’ll move within the ronda and find your rhythm even when the dance floor is full. Enjoying tango and taking pleasure in it is important to you; you’re open to solid groundwork and clear leading and following.
Martin and Andrea dance a very aesthetic and elegant Tango de Salón style.
With great warmth and enthusiasm, they succeed in conveying the right feeling for tango to every participant in their classes.

Hotel Ritzlerhof
At our Tango wellness hotel, you can relax to the full whilst recharging your batteries. The hotel is situated in a stunningly beautiful panoramic location overlooking the lower Ötztal valley. Numerous hiking and walking trails start right behind the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by meadows, woods and mountains, allowing you to fully enjoy your holiday ‘away from the hustle and bustle’.
You’ll find a personally run hotel with plenty of alpine charm, as well as a lovely ballroom for dancing. Whether from the large terrace or the solar-heated outdoor pool, the panoramic view of the Ötztal Alps is unbeatable. You’ll never want to leave…
You can relax in the small but exquisite wellness area, featuring four different saunas, an indoor and outdoor pool, and a cosy relaxation room – naturally with panoramic views. Tango and a break from the daily grind: a perfect holiday combination!
Dance Hall
Our beautiful dance hall with parquet flooring is located in the neighbouring building. (120 sq m) The hotel also holds yoga classes

Rooms
► The ‘Jöchle’ standard rooms are furnished in a rustic style. At around 19 square metres, they are on the small side, but still cosy, and they have a small balcony.
► The ‘Bärenkopf’ Classic Rooms are more spacious at around 23 square metres; they have a larger balcony and are tastefully furnished in an Alpine style.
► The ‘Kreuzjoch’ superior rooms, at 33 square metres, offer plenty of comfort and space. They are furnished with high-quality furniture and have a modern bathroom, as well as a balcony or terrace with direct access to the garden.
All rooms feature a minibar, a safe and a kettle.
► The luxurious ‘Wetterkreuz’ junior suites measure approximately 37 square metres. The cosily furnished living/sleeping area features a walk-in wardrobe and a seating area with a minibar and an Illy coffee machine. The bathroom has a rain shower and a freestanding panoramic bath.
Culinary delights
At the Ritzlerhof, the young kitchen team spoils us with some excellent food.
- We start the day with a varied breakfast buffet served until 10.30 am.
- In the afternoon, from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, a snack is served, featuring both savoury and sweet dishes.
- Dinner consists of a fine multi-course set menu of your choice, as well as a salad buffet, dessert and a selection of cheeses.

The Ötztal valley offers plenty of variety both in the valley and in the mountains
- Peace and quiet amidst nature on numerous woodland trails starting right behind the hotel
- Lake Piburg, the warmest swimming lake in the Ötztal, is within walking distance
- Plenty of cycle paths leading right into the upper Ötztal – a brilliant experience by e-bike
