Tango
NEW: Bailando Intensive – There are course groups with a maximum of 8 couples per group.
This means you’ll receive personalised and intensive feedback from Fausto and Stephanie in a relaxed classroom atmosphere.
A balanced mix of leaders and followers ensures a pleasant experience for everyone, both in lessons and at the milongas.
Please note: If you’d like to take part in this trip without joining a small-group course – that is, if you’d ‘just’ like to dance in the evenings – we’d be happy to provide you with a quote for this.

BAILANDO SPECIAL:
One evening, we’re planning to host our legendary APERITIVO MILONGA once again at the Castello in Tabiano.
We’re also planning, as in 2026, a milonga in Parma with the local tango scene.
Dancing experience
You dance regularly, know the basics and can link steps together. At milongas, you move within the ronda and find your rhythm even when the dance floor is full. Enjoying tango and having fun with it is important to you; you’re open to solid footwork and clear leading and following.
Fausto Carpino and Stephanie Fesneau are a young and likeable dance couple. They live in Syracuse, Sicily.
Their dancing is inspiring and rhythmically precise, their movements fluid and beautiful. In their classes, they teach with great personal commitment, joy and charm.

Hotel Antico Borgo di Tabiano
This idyllic country hotel comprises lovingly restored historic buildings situated below the Castello di Tabiano. Ancient walls, terracotta, wood and natural stone create an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home straight away. Relax in the large garden, by the pool or in the small wellness area with a sauna, hammam and massage treatments. The restaurant spoils you with fresh, regional cuisine and produce from its own garden. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner on the lovely terrace or in the atmospheric restaurant.
In Emilia-Romagna, you can go on a wide variety of excursions: visit charming towns such as Parma, Cremona and Reggio Emilia – authentic, delightful and far from the crowds of tourists.
The Borgo di Tabiano is situated in a beautiful panoramic location, around a 40-minute drive from Parma.
Dance
hall: The classes and milongas take place in the former stables – an atmospheric hall with a 150-square-metre dance floor (a stone floor ideal for dancing).
Rooms
: The rooms are situated in historic buildings and are all individually and uniquely designed – rustic, cosy and featuring lovely details.
► You can choose between Standard (approx. 20 m²), Superior (25 m²) and particularly spacious Deluxe Junior Suites (approx. 35 m²), some of which feature antique baths, fireplaces or separate living areas.
NEW:
► Modern Superior rooms and suites with lift access are located in the building above – some of them with a terrace or jacuzzi.
Culinary delights
This week, you’ll be treated to some delicious, authentic cuisine from Emilia-Romagna.
- In the mornings, a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet awaits you, featuring plenty of fruit and vegetables, the finest cappuccino, homemade cakes, Prosciutto di Parma, muesli and egg dishes.
- On four evenings, the hotel will serve a delicious regional three-course menu along with an antipasti and salad buffet. Water with your dinner is, of course, included.
- You’ll enjoy an authentic dinner in a traditional osteria, featuring homemade pasta specialities, local wine and Parma ham.
- During your visit to the beautifully situated Il Poggio vineyard, you’ll sample a variety of wines and be treated to a barbecue and antipasti.

travel costs, personal expenses and local tourist tax.
The hotel will charge the local tourist tax, amounting to approximately €2.50 per person per day, together with the room bill (e.g. drinks).

You should arrive in Tabiano by Sunday afternoon.
Rooms are available from 3.00 pm.
Our tip:
Why not extend your trip by a few days? The cities of Mantua, Bologna and Milan are all well worth a visit and can be easily combined with your stay. Or you could simply treat yourselves to a few extra days in Tabiano to round off your trip in a completely relaxed way.
