Oct. 11th - 18th, 2026: Tango Holiday in Sicily, Italy

Welcome to Sicily!
It's finally time again! We're looking forward to an unforgettable week full of tango, sun, beach, and sea! Of course, with tango at its finest: Fausto & Stephanie are eager to welcome us and teach us in their native Sicily.
Our tango hotel is located near Noto in southeastern Sicily. We already spent an unforgettable tango trip here in 2022. An authentic and friendly tango holiday in Sicily awaits you!
NEW: We will dance in the newly built "Casa di Luce": a light-filled 140 sqm building, air-conditioned, and overlooking the hotel's olive grove.

The Hotel Corte del Sole is a former 19th-century estate that has been converted into an extremely charming country hotel. Our hotel's location is unique: the view over endless orange groves stretching all the way to the sea is breathtaking. Great care has been taken to ensure that typical Sicilian elements, such as traditional tiles and stone, contribute to the "Bella Sicilia" ambiance.
The view from the swimming pool with its small pool bar and from the terrace of the "Le Muse" restaurant is incomparably beautiful, especially in the afternoon and at sunset. At "Corte del Sole," typical Sicilian cuisine is served, and a delicious menu of regional dishes awaits us in the evening. Afterwards, we dance the tango in the newly built "Casa die Luce"—there's no better way to end a day in Sicily! Breakfast can be enjoyed on the lovely covered terrace. Homemade jams, seasonal fruit, homemade cakes, croissants, as well as egg dishes, ham, and cheese are available. In the afternoon and at sunset, the bar awaits us for a refreshing Aperol Spritz, the perfect start to the evening.
By the way: the beautiful, fine sandy Eloro beach is within easy walking distance (approx. €4 entrance fee for the Vendicari Nature Reserve). The Lido di Noto, with beach service and restaurants, is about a 5-minute drive from the hotel. The pretty town of Noto is 7 km from the hotel and is a gem of Baroque urban architecture. A stroll through Noto's picturesque pedestrian zone is delightful at any time of day. Ragusa and Modica, as well as Syracuse, can be visited as day trips.

NEW: In summer 2025, the light-filled "Casa di Luce" will be built on the extensive property, surrounded by ancient olive trees. On 140 square meters, we can dance the tango – with a view. The loggia is air-conditioned and has a polished stone floor. Fausto & Stephanie got a first look during their visit in August and are thrilled!

Rooms:
The guest rooms are located in the main building. Each room is named after a region or landscape of Sicily. The rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a typically traditional Sicilian design made of tiles, wood, or wrought iron. They are approximately 20 square meters in size and have a shower/WC, air conditioning, a minibar, and a safe.
The Mediterraneo "Patio" rooms are located on the ground floor, facing the large courtyard.
The Mediterraneo "Giardino" rooms are located on the ground floor or first floor, facing the property's olive and lemon trees.
The Oasi "Balcony" rooms are also located on the first floor, overlooking the courtyard and the sea.

Arrival:
Arrival should be by 5:00 PM on Saturday.
The nearest airport is Catania, approximately a 90-minute drive from Noto.
There are several rental car locations at Catania Airport. Early reservations are recommended.
An airport transfer can be arranged upon request (cost per person starts at approximately €70 each way, depending on the number of participants).
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by approximately 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
